Sarah has 15 years of industry experience in project management and landscape and urban design. Sarah’s passion for design combines well with her project management capabilities to achieve successful project outcomes. She has worked in private and public sectors across various projects, including community and public facilities, education, social housing, retail, commercial and recreation. She is well-versed in leading project teams throughout the lifecycle (Project Initiation to Close Out).
She acts as Engineer to the Contract (EtC) and Engineer’s Representative for both NZS3910 and NZS3916 contracts. Her understanding of the complete project process, her multi-discipline background, her professional training and her core strengths as a project manager make her the ideal candidate to lead any project team. She provides an ideal interface with clients, consultants, and contractors as she understands the disciplines from previous practical applications. This allows her to make fair and reasonable decisions for key stakeholders within any project.
Sarah’s long tenure as Senior Project Manager at Auckland City Council means she carries the crucial skillset to enable her to deliver any public/community project.
