Wade is a degree qualified Project Manager with a background in architecture. He has been involved in multi-disciplinary consultancy aspects of the construction industry since 2006.
Wade has run commercial, residential and education projects from end to end in both the PM and Architectural Design Lead roles. His projects have included high rise apartments, residential subdivisions, car show rooms, schools and athletics stadiums. He acts as engineer’s representative to NZS3910 contracts, leading teams through the construction process.
Wade’s multi-discipline background, professional training in architecture and core strengths as a project manager make him an ideal candidate to lead any design-build project team. He can provide an excellent interface with client, architect, consultants and construction because he understands the different disciplines from previous practical applications.
Wade has an exceptional eye for detail and embraces a “no surprises” approach to all facets of a project through clear communication and optimising efficiency.
