Octa has numerous management professionals with combined design and construction backgrounds ensuring that as Design Manager, the valued organisational goals are met in a cost effective manner. Our established processes and templates will streamline documentation such as Room Data Sheets and Design Co-ordination Registers.

Some of our significant and high profile Design Management projects include the Christchurch City Council’s Metro Sports facility, Christchurch New Central Library and Tetra Pak’s new processing plants in the North Island and Australia.
