Victor joined Octa in 2017 with over 11 years’ construction experience in both Canada and New Zealand ranging from Project Management and architectural design to development of residential and commercial sector projects. He has worked in both client-side and contractor-side roles. This experience, paired with a technical background in architecture, makes Victor a very balanced Project Manager who takes a pragmatic approach to managing projects.
