Stuart has worked in the UK and New Zealand in commercial, residential and education sectors in the role of Project Manager. He has applied his structural engineering knowledge and contractual awareness to a variety of building projects, and is experienced in all facets of the construction industry from the design office to the building site and through to the board room.
Stuart’s background includes managing City Council projects and he has a broad understanding of the probity, consultation and reporting processes for publicly funded projects.
He is also well versed in contract management procedures under various standard forms of contract including NZS 3910, NEC3 and JCT. Stuart also has a sound understanding of Health & Safety requirements from Client, Designer and Contractor perspectives.
