John has been a full time professional Project Manager for over 37 years and has worked on major commercial, industrial, civil, and campus based projects. His experience spans the entire construction process from feasibility to post implementation reviews.
John has worked in many different procurement methodologies so understands the risks involved. He is familiar with construction systems, processes, materials and technologies and has a thorough understanding of the operation of the Resource Management Act and the Building Act.
John has specialised skills in the management and integration of multiple projects in a wide variety of work sectors and has a wealth of experience in developing teams to meet specific project objectives.
