Philip is a qualified Building Surveyor, who has experience in the UK as well as New Zealand. Philip has a wide range of experiences in managing large scale projects on time, within limitations of costs, while maintaining high health and safety and quality standards. Philip has successfully completed a wide range of projects such as corrections facilities, demolishing school buildings, as well as managing the Christchurch rebuild. These projects run in parallel and entail detailed co-ordination with multiple stakeholders and contractors.
