Will is an Executive Director with over 15 years’ Project Management experience. His background as a Building Surveyor has provided him with the technical skills and building knowledge to complement his management and project leadership qualities. He is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and has also gained the PMP qualification from PMINZ.
Will is accomplished across a variety of sectors including education, local government, heritage and residential. Accustomed to working in a pressured environment, he has the ability to meet challenging targets and deadlines while at the same time providing quality service to his clients.
Will joined Octa in 2013 and has been involved in a number of longer-term secondments to Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand Housing Corporation, and the Ministry of Education. He is currently working as Project Manager on Seismic Strengthening projects for Heritage NZ and as Engineer to the Contract Department Corrections.
