Wellington
Octa's Wellington branch first opened in 1976 and is now based in Octa House at the end of Inverlochy Place in Abel Smith Street.
The current team includes eight full time project managers with backgrounds in engineering, building science and design, headed up by John Burrell, Wellington Manager and Director. Together they service the Wellington Region including Kapiti Coast and Horowhenua, Upper and Lower Hutt, Wairarapa, and through to the Hawke's Bay.
The current client base includes KiwiRail and Victoria University, along with social housing and seismic strengthening projects, and several schools and colleges.
