This project consisted of master planning, development and construction of a new education campus for Wanaka to accommodate a new relocated Wanaka Primary School, Early Childhood Education Centre and Public Health South school dental facility.
The project included the integration of the campus on a green fields site with the existing Mt Aspiring College campus, creating a green corridor through the Scurr Heights subdivision which encourages the use of bicycles and walking, thus reducing school traffic.
The development required collaboration with Queenstown Lakes District Council to form roads and contour the landscape for subdivision and amenities.
