Octa Associates Ltd is a leading nationwide consultancy providing independent project management services across a wide range of sectors. 

Ideal Candidate as a Project Manager at Octa

·         Relevant tertiary qualification in the building or construction industry.

·         Ideally New Zealand experience delivering vertical commercial construction projects, ideally with proven project management experience in a consultancy environment.

·         A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.

·         Excellent English written, verbal, communication, and numerical skills.

·         Strong computer literacy, including the MS Office Suite and MS Project.

·         Adaptable, proactive, and keen to learn new skills to solve complex project challenges.

·         Ideally prior consultant-side project management experience.
