Over 20 stakeholders were involved in this project, which made for a complex planning and design process, along with the need to work airside. Octa was the client-side Project manager for Air New Zealand and focused on delivering the office fit-out for the Air New Zealand teams housed in the South West Pier - Crew, Engineer, Managers’ offices and RAMP team. Octa was responsible for driving the day-to-day tasks on behalf of Air New Zealand getting this project through from design to the end of construction.
