Shubham is a civil infrastructure consultant with over 14 years of experience delivering complex capital works and network infrastructure programmes in New Zealand. He provides independent commercial and contractual leadership across multi stakeholder infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction and close out.
Shubham has worked on several industrial, roading, 3 waters and infrastructure projects. He specialises in contract administration under NZS 3910 and NZS 3916, regularly acting as Engineer to the Contract, Independent Certifier and Engineer’s Representative.
