Octa project managed the development of one of Hamilton’s major industrial subdivisions, a 60 hectare site just 10 minutes from the CBD. The fully serviced sites were developed to a high standard, and geo-engineered to meet the latest industrial requirements.
The green field site was developed in stages, and Octa’s role has included managing consultants and environmental compliance, and management of time, cost and quality.
Stage 1, completed at the end of 2016, involved the provision of earthworks, storm water and sewage, paving, water reticulation, landscaping and wetlands, lighting and power reticulation.
Following civil construction, further project management services have been provided for the construction of several commercial building warehouses on those sites prepared under the infrastructure project.
