The Newmarket concept store in Auckland reflects the new retail strategy for the iconic Swanndri company and sets a new standard for fit-out of their stores. It provides the showcase for an innovative and expanded men’s and women’s clothing range plus accessories.
Westfield Newmarket is the largest shopping mall in New Zealand with close to 60,000 sqm floor area comprising 230 speciality shops, 6 cinemas, hospitality, roof top carparking and 7 levels of car parking.
After the Newmarket project, Swanndri re-vamped the Tower Junction store in Christchurch and relocated premises across George Street in Dunedin. Octa’s Christchurch Office project managed these fit outs, with both stores picking up Newmarket’s theme with similar fittings, lighting and interior décor.
