John is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Project Manager, and Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience and has been fulfilling the role of Etc. and Independent Certifier since 2010. His career includes major roading and transport corridors, three waters networks, community facilities, capital works programmes, and complex infrastructure projects delivered under the NZS 391X suite of Contracts.
John has undertaken Engineer to the Contract and Independent Certifier roles on water and wastewater plants, pump stations, roading and bride construction, artificial turf and carpark development, and multi-year maintenance and capital delivery programmes for a range of Councils.
