Ian is a Chartered Professional Engineer specialising in Project Management. He has more than 30 years’ experience as a client side project manager working on a wide variety of both public and private sector projects ranging in size from $0.5M to $100M.
This experience includes the management of major projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ian has a thorough knowledge of the skills, capacities and resources of local designers, construction contractors and subcontractors, and has extensive experience in the management of capital works projects. He also has excellent people, communication and reporting skills, and is able to work across all levels of a client's organisation.
