Octa assisted Cottonsoft with finding the site at Highbrook and negotiating their lease terms with the site developer - Macquarie Goodman.
Cottonsoft’s involvement throughout this project ensured they have received the building that best suits their requirements. The architect has cleverly brought a southern theme into the office space emphasising Cottonsoft’s strong Dunedin heritage.
