The first stage of Cambridge Resthaven Trust's $36M (estimated) redevelopment project on Vogel Street in Cambridge, Waikato has been completed with the help of Octa Project Management. We are pleased to have assisted David Hall (Resthaven CEO) and the Resthaven Board of Trustees over the past few years to deliver a fantastic project that we are all proud of.
The project aims to provide the elderly with an independent living environment, support, and a community around them. Stage 1 includes 33 new apartments, and a café, for both residents and the community.
